Ani Pema Chödrön, doğum adıyla Deirdre Blomfield-Brown, Tibet geleneğinde bir Amerikalı Budist rahibedir.
Budist yolculuğuna otuzlu yaşlarının ortalarında Lama Chime Rinpoche ve daha sonra Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche ile çalışarak başladı.
1974 yılında acemi rahibe olarak yemin eden ve 1981 yılında tam yemin alan Chödrön, Batı'da önde gelen bir Budist öğretmen haline gelmiştir.
Colorado, Boulder'daki Karma Dzong'un direktörü olarak görev yaptıktan sonra Nova Scotia'da Gampo Manastırı'nı kurmuştur.
Chödrön, Kuzey Amerika'da öğretmeye devam etmekte ve Venerable Dzigar Kongtrul Rinpoche'nin rehberliğinde yalnız inzivaya zaman ayırmaktadır.
