استیفن آر. کاوی

متولد 1932

استیون ریچاردز کاوی نویسنده، مربی و تاجر آمریکایی بود که بیشتر به خاطر کتاب "هفت عادت مردمان مؤثر" شناخته می‌شود.
او چندین کتاب تأثیرگذار دیگر در زمینه رهبری و توسعه فردی نوشت.
کاوی در سال 1996 توسط مجله تایم به عنوان یکی از 25 فرد تأثیرگذار شناخته شد.
او به عنوان استاد در دانشکده کسب و کار جان ام.
هانتسمن دانشگاه ایالتی یوتا خدمت کرد.
آثار کاوی بر رهبری مبتنی بر اصول و اخلاق شخصیت متمرکز بود و بر اهمیت همسو کردن زندگی شخصی و حرفه‌ای با اصول جهانی تأکید داشت.
آموزه‌های او تأثیر قابل توجهی بر فرهنگ سازمانی، آموزش و توسعه فردی در سراسر جهان داشته است.
