پیتر اف. دراکر

متولد 1909

پیتر فردیناند دراکر، مشاور مدیریت، مربی و نویسنده‌ی تأثیرگذار بود.
او در سال ۱۹۰۹ در اتریش به دنیا آمد و برای فرار از نازیسم به آلمان و سپس به ایالات متحده مهاجرت کرد.
دراکر اصطلاح "کارگر دانشی" را محبوب کرد و به شکل‌گیری نظریه‌ی مدیریت مدرن اعتبار دارد.
او در دانشگاه نیویورک و دانشگاه کلرمونت تدریس کرد و در عین حال به طور گسترده‌ای درباره‌ی مدیریت و مسائل اجتماعی نوشت.
آثار او دیدگاه‌های اقتصادی سنتی را به چالش کشید و بر اهمیت مدیریت مؤثر در سازمان‌ها تأکید کرد.
بینش‌های دراکر همچنان پس از مرگش در سال ۲۰۰۵ بر تفکر تجاری تأثیر می‌گذارد.
