مسیحی دین

آیدن ویلسون توزر، کشیش انجیلی آمریکایی، نویسنده و ویراستار، در سال ۱۸۹۷ متولد شد.
با وجود تحصیلات رسمی محدود، او به شخصیتی خودآموخته و تأثیرگذار در ادبیات مسیحی تبدیل شد.
توزر بیش از ۴۰ سال در فرقه‌ی اتحاد مسیحی و مبلغین خدمت کرد و به عنوان ویراستار مجله‌ی رسمی آن‌ها منصوب شد.
او کتاب‌های متعددی نوشت که «تعقیب خدا» و «شناخت قدوس» به عنوان آثار کلاسیک شناخته می‌شوند.
نوشته‌های توزر به دلیل عمق، کاربردی بودن و تأکید بر نزدیکی روحانی با خدا معروف هستند.
او در سال ۱۹۶۳ درگذشت و تأثیری ماندگار بر اندیشه و معنویت مسیحی بر جای گذاشت.
