Elena Martínez Blanco
Elena Martínez Blanco studied Hispanic Philology driven by her love of literature, despite dreaming of becoming a journalist in New York.
Known for her overactive imagination, she constantly transforms everyday situations into stories.
She served as president of the cultural association Tiramisú Entre Libros, organizing monthly literary gatherings in Madrid and Valencia.
As a cultural manager, she coordinated young adult literature events at the Celsius 232 Festival in Avilés (2012) and currently organizes the FestiLIJ3C, a children's and young adult literature festival in Tres Cantos.
She currently lives there with her daughter Nuria, her turtle Tata, and her resident ghost, Jimmy.
